1.When you can not use GPRS function normally, firstly eliminate the below frequent issue.
GPRS function is NOT available on the SIM card of the Tracker.
Forget to send the APN set command SMS to configure the application
Forget to send S,GPRSON.  SMS to tracker to trigger it reply back information..
The GPRS signal interval which is set by TIMER is  00.
The port number you set for the tracker is occupied by other program.
If your router is dynamic IP addressing, don not forget to resend APN set command SMS when the IP address is changed.
2.What is the cost for using GPRS function?
Most of telecommunication provider bills GPRS according flow. The size of our message is 88 byte each time. Incorporate with the TIMER which determine the message interval, you can calculate the totally cost the GPS function.
3.How to check out the IP address for PC server?
When you login your router, you will get your IP address in the login box. Also there is some website or software could help you to check your own IP address.
4. How to setup the port number?
Port number is a random number which is setup by the end user, please make sure this port is not occupied by other software otherwise the PC server software will shut down automatically. In order to avoid the conflict, we suggest you setup the port number bigger than 6000.
5.How to check out the APN name of your local telecommunication provider?
Please refer user manual(only for reference), if your service provider is not in the list; please contact your service provider for the detail information.
6.Why you can not shut down the device normally?
When the device is on GSM start processing or sending a SMS out, it can not be shut down as usual. Hold still for a while then retry.

When you set command “SOS”, please confirm “o”is Character not  Arabic numeral “0”;

8.Why after you configer the GPRS function on, the device doesn't work neither SMS nor GPRS function?

If the GPRS configuration has been wronly set, the deivce will spend long time to repeatedly engage at connecting with IP address,this will cause the outing SMS delaied.
